In addition, Stephanie recently completed training as a professional voice actor to round out her eLearning development skillset.
Erin is a Graphic Designer with 14 years of experience in the industry working predominantly in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint. She has created materials for print and digital use. She also, specifically, has experience in creating e-learning materials such as Instructor manuals, Participant guides, and PPT presentations.
Denee Breter wears a number of hats including Developer and Voiceover professional. Her wide ranging knowledge of Captivate, Storyline, and Audacity round out her eLearning development talents.
Danielle Goldsmith has several years of experience in instructional design and development and employee training. She has designed and developed learning programs for a variety of organizations from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies. She has a graduate certificate in instructional design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Princess Walsh has experience in learning and organizational development with a background in mental health and education. She includes a blend of adult learning approaches and modalities in her learning design and delivery. She enjoys creating facilitator and participant guides, job aides, and micro-learning using tools such as Camtasia, Storyline, and Rise.
Bridget K. Brown has designed e-learning for three different Fortune 500 companies including Monsanto and a small beer company called, Anheuser-Busch. She is a former Adjunct Instructor in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Washington University in St Louis. Along with having over 15 years of experience in e-learning and using products such as Storyline, Rise, Captivate and Adobe Premiere Pro, Bridget specializes in storytelling and designing interactive instructor-led learning
Bridget Manley is an instructional designer with a background in compliance and manufacturing training. Before launching her freelance career in 2019, she was the curriculum manager for a company that licensed intellectual property to cannabis-infused product manufacturers across the country. Bridget specializes in designing courses in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and PowerPoint. Her areas of expertise include visual design, accessibility, and adult learning theory

Chris Loving-Campos specializing in graphic design, web design, responsive design and development, branding, marketing and publication design, Chris brings significant experience to each project and client interaction. He enjoys designing dynamic projects and immersing himself in the entire process from research and design, through construction, development and final testing. He has extensive experience working in print layout, new business branding, and ad creation.
Kim Carlisle brings 15 years of corporate C-suite experience. She has successfully implemented Investor Relations strategies for multiple fortune 500 companies. Kim earned her B.A. in communication, speechwriting, and rhetoric in 2005 and went on to earn her MBA in 2010 in management, innovation, and change.

Sara O'Day has over 15 years experience in customer service and data processing, including being a civilian executive for a commander of a flying Squadron of an Air Force Base where many of her duties included maintaining tasking calendars, preparing, reviewing, and processing a wide variety of recurring and non-recurring correspondence, materials, reports, publications, regulations, and directives. Sara was also instrumental in helping her Squadron pass a records management inspection where she earned the Wing's nominations for the 2009 AFA Outstanding AF Civilian Employee of the Year Award and then received a Notable Achievement Award. She was an internal communications specialist for a non-profit where she created publications and maintained official historical records for posterity.
Kristen Benton is a Human Resources Professional with 14 years of experience. Working in HR for many different industries has set Kristen up to become detail-oriented and fact driven and brings that dedication to her work as a Research and Documentation Specialist.

Tilak Learning Group worked on a large project for me last year, which involved the design and layout of power point slides, a course manual and teaching guide for a 40h professional development course. Michelle provided useful recommendations on layout and how to best distribute the content. The end product looks fantastic and, having used it once to teach the course, I can also confirm it is an effective teaching tool.

Michelle provided outstanding project support in the development and delivery of an on-line “Manager Acceleration Program” called MAP. MAP was designed for new managers to learn the basics of key functional areas such as Compensation, Performance Management, Staffing etc. There were six modules in total and they were all interactive with knowledge checks and links to subject matter content. She was active in all facets of the project including design, layout, content development and testing.
She was flexible and consistently produced quality work either on time or ahead of schedule. Her insight and recommendations enhanced the quality of the MAP program and were key factors in the programs successful rollout.
