Michelle provided outstanding project support in the development and delivery of an on-line “Manager Acceleration Program” called MAP. MAP was designed for new managers to learn the basics of key functional areas such as Compensation, Performance Management, Staffing etc. There were six modules in total and they were all interactive with knowledge checks and links to subject matter content. She was active in all facets of the project including design, layout, content development and testing. She was flexible and consistently produced quality work either on time or ahead of schedule. Her insight and recommendations enhanced the quality of the MAP program and were key factors in the programs successful rollout.
