IntelliCorp Records, Inc. contracted with Tilak Learning Group to create employee training modules. Michelle and her entire team were wonderful to collaborate with this project. The team took time to listen to us as the client so that the end objectives of the project could be achieved. Michelle willingly shared her knowledge of what techniques would be most effective for this project. Checkpoint calls were held to keep the project team on course and provided an opportunity to make decisions quickly. A weekly accounting of time was provided as another measure of verifying that the project was on track. The employee training has been well received.
